Structure for the client revenue you already have.

Every engagement starts with the same question.

Where is your client revenue architecture breaking? The answer determines how we work together and what gets built first.

Four ways to work together

  • Advisory and Consulting
  • Fractional CCO and Executive Advisory
  • Operating Model Design and Transformation
  • Executive Coaching and Team Development

Each one begins with a Client Revenue Diagnostic.

Where it begins

A defined first step

Most engagements start with a focused diagnostic. It gives your leadership team a clear picture before anyone commits to a larger mandate.

Starting point

Client Revenue Diagnostic

A focused assessment of your footings, foundation and structure. I review your retention and expansion data, interview leaders across functions, and map where the operating model is creating friction. If your model is already performing, the same review shows what will hold up under scale or due diligence, and what still depends on a few key people.

How we work together

Four options. One starting point.

Each one fits a different need. The Diagnostic usually shows which one is right.

01

Advisory and Consulting

Who it's for

Leadership teams facing a specific retention or growth problem who want an experienced outside view, without a long term commitment.

What you get

Senior judgement on a defined problem, with clear recommendations and a plan your team can execute.

What changes

The problem has a named cause and a clear owner. Your team stops debating what's wrong and starts fixing it.

How it runs

Project-based, typically 4 to 12 weeks

02

Fractional CCO and Executive Advisory

Who it's for

Organizations that need senior client leadership now but aren't ready to hire full time.

What you get

An executive who owns the client revenue agenda, sits with your leadership team, leads your client-facing teams and builds the discipline to sustain it.

What changes

Client revenue has one accountable owner at the leadership table. Renewals stop arriving as surprises, expansion becomes something you can forecast, and the discipline stays in place after I step back.

How it runs

Set days per month, scoped together

03

Operating Model Design and Transformation

Who it's for

Companies rebuilding how retention and expansion work, or building the function for the first time.

What you get

Segmentation, governance, scorecards, client journeys and decision rights, designed and implemented with your team rather than handed over in a deck.

What changes

Retention and expansion run on a system, not individual effort. Risk shows up early, accounts get attention based on their value, and growth no longer depends on who holds the relationship.

How it runs

Phased, typically 3 to 9 months

04

Executive Coaching and Team Development

Who it's for

Leaders and teams who have the structure but need sharper execution and stronger decision making.

What you get

One-on-one coaching for client and revenue leaders, plus team sessions built around real accounts and real decisions.

What changes

Fewer decisions get escalated to you. Account plans turn into action, and client conversations move from service updates to the value you're delivering.

How it runs

Monthly cadence, scoped together

Questions

What leaders usually ask first

What size of organization do you work with?

All sizes. I've led client revenue in early-stage companies, growth-stage businesses, global enterprises and PE-backed portfolios. The common thread is meaningful recurring client revenue.

Do you only work with companies that have a problem?

No. A business that's performing well is often the best time to do this work. Before a raise, an acquisition or a growth push, investors and buyers will look closely at retention. The Diagnostic shows what's repeatable and what still depends on specific people or relationships.

Which industries do you work with?

Any industry where client relationships drive revenue. I've done this work in financial services, SaaS, fintech, loyalty and travel, among others. The commercial logic changes from sector to sector. The discipline does not.

Is it just you, or is there a team?

You work directly with me from the first conversation to the final handover.

What happens after the Diagnostic?

You get a clear answer and a plan your team can run. Some clients take it from there. Others ask me to stay on to help build it. There is no obligation either way.

How quickly can you start?

It depends on how quickly we align on scope. Once that's clear, we agree on a start date that fits your timeline and mine.

How much of your time does a fractional engagement include?

There's no fixed number. We set the commitment together based on what your business needs and what works for both of us, then revisit it as the work evolves.

Do you work alongside an existing client success leader?

Yes. Often the goal is to strengthen that leader and the structure around them.

Do you work outside the Toronto area?

Yes. Engagements run in person across the Greater Toronto Area and remotely wherever you're based. When being on site matters, I travel.

How do you handle confidentiality?

The work only happens if you can be open with me, so confidentiality comes first. I'll sign your agreement before we discuss specifics.

How is pricing structured?

Fixed fee for the Diagnostic and project work, quoted in writing after our first conversation, before any work starts. Monthly retainer for fractional and coaching engagements. Hourly billing is also available for shorter or more flexible work.

Not sure where to start? Start with the conversation.

30 minutes on your situation and what's driving it.

Retention is earned. Expansion is engineered.
